Sugarfree Condensed Milk
This recipe turns low carb milk into a sugar free sweetened condensed milk. It’s a one for one replacement for canned sweetened condensed milk.

Ingredients
- 3 cups coconut milk
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1/4 teaspoon stevia concentrated powder
- 1/8 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1/3 cup Designer Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
Instructions
- Simmer the coconut milk in a medium, heavy bottomed saucepan.
- Stir in the erythritol, stevia, and xanthan gum until dissolved.
- Reduce the volume by half (to about 1 ½ cups which takes about 1 hour).
- Stir in the vanilla whey protein.
Notes
Makes about 1 3/4 cup which is equivalent to one 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk.
