Breakfast:

1 cup of keto chai or bulletproof coffee.

Lunch

Gobhi ki sabzi, 2 Rotis made of keto flour along with a bowl of salad.

Dinner

Cheese omelet made in butter.

 

Day 2:

Breakfast

1 cup of bulletproof coffee.

Lunch

Coconut chicken, 2 chapati’s made of keto flour, with blanched broccoli.

Dinner

Paneer/egg bhurji with Keto rotis or with a small cup of vegetable salad.

 

Day 3:

Breakfast

3 Keto Idly with Keto Coconut chutney.


Lunch

Cauliflower curry with 2 butter methi rotis made from Keto Flour.


Dinner

Chicken tikka with cauliflower rice.
